Refund Policy

We want you to love your Hachiroku gear. If you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window on all unworn, unwashed items in original condition.

To start a return

Email us at garrett.walker0517@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refund timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-returnable items

• Items that have been worn or washed
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Sale items marked as final sale

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at garrett.walker0517@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.
